Corning!

So I went to the Corning Glass Museum with my queerplatonic partner and it was very cool! All kinds of glass there: blown, lampworked, fused, stained. Part science museum, part history museum, part contemporary art. We even got to make our own glass flowers. Thinking to try this in miniature on the torch. Even got to see a celebrity--Janusz (pron. yah-noosh) Pozniak from Blown Away on Netflix! Pardon me while I just photobomb here.

These are glass knives hanging above a tiny town. It's about living under the threat of terror.

Glass and ceramic. It's about sleep.
Glass lynx from a Durer sketch.

These are *solar panels*
This dude came to teach at my local glass house last year!

Y'all this is a *family portrait*
Yes, this is made of glass.

Januz Pozniak in person!
This is an Earth Janusz made for the installation for the final episode.

They also had pieces from all the other contestants! This is Edgar
This is Deborah
This is the installation Deborah did for the last episode
